Googles hotly anticipated Android 2.1 phone has been photographed today with some great pics of the packaging.  This is the phone many are potentially hailing as the first real Iphone competitor, however Google doesn't want to take over the mobile world, but they want to improve it through collaboration with manufacturers, carriers and developers, with one main goal in mind: Deliver products and solutions that'll benefit the end-user.  Im not so sure, my opinion of Google is that, like many,  its an Apple wannabe and that if its given the opportunity to take some of the limelight from the Iphone they are going to go in full force.  I guess time will tell.  The handset is made by HTC but curiously it does not seem to have any HTC branding anywhere externally on it.   I have included a video and some pictures of the device below.
